We began building our home the summer of 2017. This was the first house that we had built from the ground up, so we weren't sure where to start.  Owen was by our side every step of the way. From picking out our floor plan, to choosing the interior style we desired, the overall process was easy and efficient.

Our home is perfect for our needs and Owen made sure to comply with our desires. We wanted to downsize, so we chose a one-level detached villa. The floor plan is spacious, but yet very cozy. 

 

Owen personally took us on tours of our home during every stage of the process. This to us, was a huge plus, as we were able to visualize our home from the very beginning.  He listened to our concerns and answered every question we had during the building process.
