We built our house with Norcutt Homes in the summer and fall of 2016 and strongly recommend him as a builder for your next home! We chose Norcutt Homes due to Owen's experience and flexible options for customizing our home.

 

We had a lot of ideas and questions during the planning phase of our house, and Owen was very patient and gave clear answers about our options. While our house was being built, Owen was great about proactively giving us relevant updates on our house and responding to our questions. Even his contractors were friendly when we would visit our house during the construction process. The house turned out exactly as we hoped and we've had no issues since moving in. Owen has maintained helpful communication since we closed and has addressed any of our questions since.

If we decide to build again, we would absolutely build with Norcutt Homes! Owen was great to work with and we love all the options we were able to add to our house to make it "ours".
